Both Type of Condo comes with fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, cutlery. Unit fully furnished and inclusive with linens and towels. Washer/ Dryer and Private Patio or Balcony.

Pleasures abound at Tuscana's most beautifully appointed clubhouse. As the crown jewel of this magnificent community, the large clubhouse features an inviting, oversized swimming pool with shady cabanas to linger with friends. A large 24-seat state-of-the-art theater* is also the perfect place to gather in the evening with friends for a favorite movie. The fully equipped fitness center has all you need to work-out, relax and rejuvenate, while the fully stocked tiki snack bar adds to the fun and convenience. Tiki snack bar opening September 2007.

Located adjacent to the resort's $2 million clubhouse, the Tuscana Tavern is open to the public from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. providing "light-fare food" and a full liquor bar to guests seated inside the restaurant or poolside. International satellite television is also available including programming by Setanta Sports - a provider of soccer and rugby coverage from around the world.
