A sprawling freeform pool, surrounded by palapas and palm trees, has a shallow children’s section, a waterfall, and a section with a sand beach. Tahiti Joe’s, the on-site restaurant, features Tahitian cuisine for lunch and dinner, and a 24-hour lounge. A complimentary Continental breakfast is served daily.
Also open 24 hours a day are a fitness center and a business center with high-speed Internet access (surcharge). Family and children’s activities, including water aerobics and treasure hunts, are held daily (surcharge).

Amenity highlights: After eating a complimentary Continental breakfast, guests can catch a complimentary shuttle to The Strip, two miles away. The shuttle runs every half hour from morning till late, with stops at Tropicana, Treasure Island, and The Riviera. Tahiti Joe’s serves Polynesian fare for lunch and dinner, and the on-site lounge is open 24 hours a day, as are the on-site fitness center and business center.

Billing & Payments

Full Amount is due at time reservation request is confirmed with the exception of Hotel Taxes & Incidentals which will be collected directly by Hotel at time of Check Out.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation will incur a $35.00 one time Administrative fee. An additional 1 Night (contractual rate) plus tax is applicable if Cancelled within 72 Hours of Arrival Date. For Regal Palm Resort and Regal Oaks, there is a 14 Day cancellation window.

A cancellation fee can be waived if you do not cancel reservation but rather modify arrival dates.

Early Departures: No Refunds for Early Departures

All reservation requests are subject to availability. This offer is not available to current Light House Key Resort owners, Light House Key Resort employees and their immediate families.

Cancellations must be received in writing 3 days prior to arrival. Guests who fail to check-in on the date confirmed/arrival date will incur a "no show" charge equal to one night's stay at $65- Standard Guestroom, $85 - Hotel Suite, $65 - Resort Studio, $90 - 1 Bedroom Resort Villa, $105 - 2 Bedroom Resort Villa, $135 - 3 Bedroom Resort Villa.

Failure to complete the sales presentation, or failure to qualify, will result in a charge of $200 and/or cancellation of the rest of hotel/resort stay whereby customer will have to check out of accommodations.
