Like Mini Golf? South Lake Buena Vista Suites has our very own 18-hole Caribbean themed miniature golf course. Lush tropical landscaping surrounds the course offering plenty of shade and bright colored tropical plantings for you to enjoy while trying to make 'Par'.

Resort Deposit: All Guest will be required to place a security deposit/ hold on a credit card for incidentals and taxes.
Timeshare Tour Policy: Calypso Cay Resort will take an imprint of customer's credit card (NOT a Charge) for $350 as security to ensure guest completes the timeshare presentation. Upon completion of the timeshare presentation the imprint will be given to customer or destroyed.
Pet Policy: $20/day, per pet. Non Refundable Fee. Pet must be Under 25 pounds.
Taxes: 13%
Resort Fee: $8/night (plus taxes)

To receive this promotion,
All you have to do is accept our invitation for an entertaining 90-minute preview of Calypso Cay Resort. You stay on the property and you tour the same property one of the mornings you are there (excluding date of arrival and date of departure). There is no obligation to purchase anything. We only ask that you to stay at our Resort, enjoy our services and all the amenities we have to offer and the day of the presentation be introduced to Vacation Ownership.

Preview times are assigned at Time of Reservation Confirmation.

There are some requirements:

No Tour Presentation on Date of Arrival or Date of Departure. Because this is a Promotional Price, there are Qualifications.

Qualifications

Have a gross annual household income of $40,000 US or more
Are Married or Cohabitating - must show proof- Driver license/ Passport with same address
Both husband and wife/couple must attend presentation together.
If Married, cohabitating or engaged - Husband/Male must be 25-65 years of age.
Single Females must be 28-60 years of age..
Both husband and wife must speak and understand English or Spanish fluently.
Must carry a major credit card (No Debit Cards) and a valid form of I.D. (Driver's License or Passport). Both ID's must be presented at time of Presentation

Must have not previously toured Calypso Cay Resort within the last 18 months.

Floridians residing in the county of Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Polk, Seminole, Volusia, Miami-Dade, and Broward are not eligible.

All Countries are qualified with the exception of the following: Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea and Venezuela.

Because this is a Promotion Offer and not a Discounted price, No group tourists will be accepted. A group is any travel party requiring more than one room.

No purchase is necessary, and there is no cost or obligation! Your Resort preview will take a small portion of your time and you and your spouse will enjoy a complimentary breakfast at time of Presentation Tour.

Moreover, through this promotion you will have massive savings, letting you pay a fraction of the retail cost, paying a price that would be normally standard for a motel room rather than a villa/condo in a resort property!

Billing & Payments

Full Amount is due at time reservation request is confirmed with the exception of Hotel Taxes & Incidentals which will be collected directly by Hotel at time of Check Out.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation will incur a $49.00 one time Administrative fee. An additional $75 plus tax is applicable if Cancelled within 4 Days of Arrival Date.

Modifications
For your convenience there is a 1 time modification allowed without any penalties. After that, any additional modifications will be assessed a $35.00 fee

Early Departures: No Refunds for Early Departures

Details of Participation:

Failure to complete the sales presentation will result in a charge of $200 and/or cancellation of the rest of hotel/resort stay whereby customer will have to check out of accommodations if we are unable to charge the credit card on file.
