Your villa is the perfect “retreat” to base from, and comes complete with all of the amenities, conveniences and privacy you enjoy at home. The airy, open tropical feel of Silver Lake extends into your villa, finished in bright pastels and warm colors consistent with the island decor. Each villa offers a spacious floor plan designed for relaxation.

Silver Lake features over 260 luxuriously appointed villas. The floor plans offer a variety of configurations and range in square footage from 735 to 1907 square feet of living space. The room types include One Bedroom/One Bathroom and Two Bedroom/Two Bathroom.

Must carry a major credit card and a valid form of I.D. (Driver's License or Passport)

Alaska, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, and South Dakota

Floridians residing in the county of Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Polk and Volusia are not eligible.

All Countries are qualified with the exception of the following: Brazil, Columbia, Guatemala, India, Uruguay, and Venezuela.

Billing & Payments

Full Amount is due at time reservation request is confirmed with the exception of Hotel Taxes & Incidentals which will be collected directly by Hotel at time of Check Out.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 24 hours of Reservation being confirmed is 100% refundable. However, if cancellation request is greater than 24 hours after reservation has been confirmed then guest will incur a 1 time administration fee of $35. Additionaly, if cancellation request is within 72 hours of arrival, a 1 night average daily rate (not promo rate) of $65 - Standard Guestroom, $85 - Hotel Suite, $65- Resort Studio, $90 - 1 Bedroom Resort Villa, $105- 2 Bedroom Resort Villa, $135- 3 Bedroom Resort Villa.

Modifications
For your convenience there is a 1 time modification allowed without any penalties. After that, any additional modifications will be assessed a $35.00 fee

Cancellations must be received in writing 3 days prior to arrival. Guests who fail to check-in on the date confirmed/arrival date will incur a "no show" charge equal to one night's stay at $65- Standard Guestroom, $85 - Hotel Suite, $65 - Resort Studio, $90 - 1 Bedroom Resort Villa, $105 - 2 Bedroom Resort Villa, $135 - 3 Bedroom Resort Villa.

Failure to complete the sales presentation, or failure to qualify, will result in a charge of $200. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
