All you have to do is accept our invitation for an entertaining 90-minute preview of the Sheraton Vistana Resort. You stay on the property and you tour the same property one of the mornings you are there. There is no obligation to purchase anything. We only ask that you to stay at our Resort, enjoy our services and all the amenities we have to offer and the day of the presentation be introduced to Vacation Ownership

Qualifications

Have a gross annual household income of $75,000 US or more.
Are Married or co-habitating - must show proof- Driver license/ Passport with same address.
Are Married, both husband and wife must attend presentation together.
Husband or wife must be 27 – 70 years of age.
Both husband and wife must speak and understand English fluently.
Citizens or permanent Residents of any Country not listed below.
Must carry a major credit card and a valid form of I.D. (Driver's License or Passport)

Must have not previously toured A Starwood Timeshare Resort within the last 12 months.
Florida Residents are not Eligible for this offer.

Full Amount is due at time reservation request is confirmed with the exception of Hotel Taxes & Incidentals which will be collected directly by Hotel at time of Check Out.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation will incur a $35.00 one time Administrative fee. An additional 1 Night (contractual rate) plus tax is applicable if Cancelled within 72 Hours of Arrival Date. For Regal Palm Resort and Regal Oaks, there is a 14 Day cancellation window.

A cancellation fee can be waived if you do not cancel reservation but rather modify arrival dates.

Early Departures: No Refunds for Early Departures

Details of Participation:

Cancellations must be received in writing 3 days prior to arrival. Guests who fail to check-in on the date confirmed/arrival date will incur a "no show" charge equal to one night's stay at $65- Standard Guestroom, $85 - Hotel Suite, $65 - Resort Studio, $90 - 1 Bedroom Resort Villa, $105 - 2 Bedroom Resort Villa, $135 - 3 Bedroom Resort Villa.

Failure to complete the sales presentation, or failure to qualify, will result in a charge of $200 and/or cancellation of the rest of hotel/resort stay whereby customer will have to check out of accommodations.
