There is a pet charge of USD 200.00 upon check-in that is used to pay for professional carpet cleaning and sanitizing of the home, which is required by law. In addition, USD 300.00 will be authorized on the credit card in the event that the pet may damage the home, or any of its contents.

Full Amount is due at time reservation request is confirmed with the exception of Hotel Taxes & Incidentals which will be collected directly by Hotel at time of Check Out.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation will incur a $49.00 one time Administrative fee. An additional 1 Night (contractual rate) plus tax is applicable if Cancelled within 72 Hours of Arrival Date. For Regal Palm Resort and Regal Oaks, there is a 14 Day cancellation window.

A cancellation fee can be waived if you do not cancel reservation but rather modify arrival dates.
