All guests at Regal Palms will have unlimited access to the new private club and leisure facilities. The private grounds feature a very large tropical pool complex with two heated pools, lazy river, waterfalls and water slide, a central island, extensive sun decks, and children's play area. A Fitness Center, Game room, gymnasium, spa and health and beauty complex are located on property are perfect for our traveling guests. The resort spa and health club offers manicures, pedicures, facials, and massages.

1 King Bed, 1 Full Bed, 2 Twins (or 4 twins in 2nd and 3rd bedrooms), Queen Size sleeper sofa. Mater has Roman bath tub.

4 Bedroom 2 Bath Town Homes

Our spacious 2 Story 4 Bedroom Town Homes are well equipped with Full Kitchens (Stove, Oven, microwave, coffee maker, Pots, Pans and Place settings and utensils), dishwashers, washer and dryers. Further, they offer an open spacious living/dining area, 3 private bedrooms and 2 private baths. All have private balcony or patio.

Upon Check In: Guest will be required to remit a Credit Card number (Visa, MasterCard or Discover) upon which an authorization (Not a charge) of $100 will be placed for incidentals and/or taxes for a 1-7 night stay ($200 for a stay of 8 nights or greater).
Pet Policy: A $300 authorization on a major credit card is taken. $200 of the authorization will not be refunded.

Billing & Payments

Full Amount is due at time reservation request is confirmed with the exception of Hotel Taxes & Incidentals which will be collected directly by Hotel at time of Check Out.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation will incur a $35.00 one time Administrative fee. An additional 1 Night (contractual rate) plus tax is applicable if Cancelled within 72 Hours of Arrival Date. For Regal Palm Resort and Regal Oaks, there is a 14 Day cancellation window.

A cancellation fee can be waived if you do not cancel reservation but rather modify arrival dates.
