Oak Plantation is a 242-unit International Interval vacation ownership resort comprised of the Plantation Resort (1 & 2 bedroom villas) as well as the Inn of Oak Plantation (studios) adjacent/across the street to Resort, both located on 16 oak-filled tranquil acres in the suburbs of Orlando, Florida and just a few miles from Walt Disney World and Islands of Adventure.

You stay on the property and you tour the same property one of the mornings you are there. There is no obligation to purchase anything. Are Married or Cohabitating - must show proof- Driver license/ Passport with same address
Are Married or Cohabitating - both husband and wife/couple must attend presentation together.
Husband or wife must be 25 - 68 years of age.
Singles must be the ages of 30 - 60 years of age.
Both husband and wife must speak and understand English or Spanish fluently.
Must carry a major credit card (no debit card) and a valid form of I.D. (Driver's License or Passport)

Must have not previously toured Oak Plantation within the last 12 months.

Residents of the following States are Eligible- due to registration requirements Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusettes, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, S.Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Wyoming.

Floridians residing in the county of Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Polk and Volusia are not eligible.

All Countries are qualified with the exception of the following: Argentina, Brazil, China, Residents of Quebec, Canada (All other Provinces of Canada are Qualified), India, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Libya, S.Africa, Venezuela

Billing & Payments

Full Amount is due at time reservation request is confirmed with the exception of Hotel Taxes & Incidentals which will be collected directly by Hotel at time of Check Out.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 24 hours of Reservation being confirmed is 100% refundable. However, if cancellation request is greater than 24 hours after reservation has been confirmed then guest will incur a 1 time administration fee of $35. Additionaly, if cancellation request is within 72 hours of arrival, a 1 night average daily rate (not promo rate) of $65 - Standard Guestroom, $85 - Hotel Suite, $65- Resort Studio, $90 - 1 Bedroom Resort Villa, $105- 2 Bedroom Resort Villa, $135- 3 Bedroom Resort Villa.

Modifications
For your convenience there is a 1 time modification allowed without any penalties. After that, any additional modifications will be assessed a $35.00 fee

All reservation requests are subject to availability. This offer is not available to current Oak Plantation Resort owners, Oak Plantation Resort employees and their immediate families.

Cancellations must be received in writing 3 days prior to arrival. Guests who fail to check-in on the date confirmed/arrival date will incur a "no show" charge equal to one night's stay at $65- Standard Guestroom, $85 - Hotel Suite, $65 - Resort Studio, $90 - 1 Bedroom Resort Villa, $105 - 2 Bedroom Resort Villa, $135 - 3 Bedroom Resort Villa.

Failure to complete the sales presentation, or failure to qualify, will result in a charge of $200. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
