All you have to do is accept our invitation for an entertaining 120-minute preview of the beautiful Mystic Dunes. You stay at the beautiful Mystic Dunes and Tour the beautiful Mystic Dunes. There is no obligation to purchase anything. We only ask that you to stay at our Resort, enjoy our services and all the amenities we have to offer and the day of the presentation be introduced to Vacation Ownership.

There are some requirements:
No Tour Presentation on Date of Arrival or Date of Departure. Because this is a Promotional Price, there are Qualifications.

Qualifications

Have a gross annual household income of $60,000 US or more
Are Married or Cohabitating- must show proof- Driver license/ Passport with same address
Both husband and wife must attend presentation together.
Both husband and wife must be 25 years of age or greater.
Both husband and wife must speak and understand English fluently.
All adults in party must tour. Minors will not be permitted on tour. Free access to daycare for minors during tour available.
Must carry a major credit card and have a valid form of I.D. (Driver's License or Passport)
Must be steadily employed or have a steady source of income.
Employees and Owners of Diamond Resorts are not eligible.
Must NOT be staying in a camper or RV.

Must have not previously purchased at Mystic Dunes Resort within the last 12 months.

Must Not have Toured a Diamond Resort within the past 6 months.

United States and United Kingdom citizens ONLY are eligible.

Residents of the following States are not eligible – Alaska, Delaware, Idaho, Hawaii, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Hampshire and West Virginia

Because this is a Promotion Offer and not a Discounted price, No group tourists will be accepted. A group is any travel party requiring more than one room.

No purchase is necessary, and there is no cost or obligation! Your Resort preview will take a small portion of your time and you and your spouse will enjoy a complimentary continental breakfast at time of Presentation Tour.

Billing & Payments

Full Amount is due at time reservation request is confirmed with the exception of Hotel Taxes & Incidentals which will be collected directly by Hotel at time of Check Out.

Cancellation Policy
Guest will incur a $79.00 one time Administrative fee. An additional 1 Night (contractual rate) plus tax is applicable if Cancelled within the Hotels' Cancellation Time Frame which can range from 3 Days to 14 Days prior to Arrival Date.

Modifications
For your convenience there is a 1 time modification allowed without any penalties. After that, any additional modifications will be assessed a $35.00 fee

Early Departures: No Refunds for Early Departures

Details of Participation:

Cancellations must be received in writing 3 days prior to arrival. Guests who fail to check-in on the date confirmed/arrival date will incur a "no show" charge equal to one night's stay at $65- Standard Guestroom, $85 - Hotel Suite, $65 - Resort Studio, $90 - 1 Bedroom Resort Villa, $105 - 2 Bedroom Resort Villa, $135 - 3 Bedroom Resort Villa.

Failure to complete the sales presentation, or failure to qualify, will result in a charge of $200 and/or cancellation of the rest of hotel/resort stay whereby customer will have to check out of accommodations.
