Spa & Fitness

The Waldorf Astoria Spa® by Guerlain features 23 luxuriously appointed indoor treatment suites and six outdoor treatment areas, each adjoined by private bath and changing rooms to provide a completely cocooned experience.

The 7,000 square foot fitness center contains the latest exercise equipment with flat-screen televisions and expansive views of the pool area. A variety of classes, including aerobics, Pilates, yoga, and spinning, are held throughout the day. Personal instructors are also available for all fitness levels.

Golf & Recreation

Enjoy a round of golf at the Waldorf Astoria Golf Club and clubhouse featuring the 72-par Rees Jones designed championship golf course that winds through the large wetland preserve. The course measures 7,113 yards with a slope of 130 and a rating of 73.0. Our premiere golf course staff will schedule certified instruction and coordinate tee times.

Our premium recreation area offers fun for guests of all ages with four amazing pools between the Hilton Orlando and the Waldorf Astoria including a signature cabana pool with butler service, two zero-entry pools, and a sprawling free-form lagoon style pool and waterslide.

Guests will enjoy the resort’s protected wildlife with a guided nature walk or by bicycle. Kids will enjoy the WA Kids program offering creative and education activities guided by our Fun Counselors.

Guests may prefer to relax and enjoy one of our four amazing pools including the signature cabana pool complete with butler service.

Billing & Payments

Full Amount is due at time reservation request is confirmed with the exception of Hotel Taxes & Incidentals which will be collected directly by Hotel at time of Check Out.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation will incur a $49.00 one time Administrative fee. An additional 1 Night (contractual rate) plus tax is applicable if Cancelled within 72 Hours of Arrival Date. For Regal Palm Resort and Regal Oaks, there is a 14 Day cancellation window.

A cancellation fee can be waived if you do not cancel reservation but rather modify arrival dates.

Modifications
For your convenience there is a 1 time modification allowed without any penalties. After that, any additional modifications will be assessed a $35.00 fee.

Early Departures: No Refunds for Early Departures

Details of Participation:

Cancellations must be received in writing 3 days prior to arrival. Guests who fail to check-in on the date confirmed/arrival date will incur a "no show" charge equal to one night's stay at $99- Standard Guestroom plus prevailing taxes (currently 12.5%)

Failure to complete the sales presentation, or failure to qualify, will result in a charge of $200 and/or cancellation of the rest of hotel/resort stay whereby customer will have to check out of accommodations.
