The hotel offers free transportation to all Disney attractions, SeaWorld Orlando marine adventure park, Islands of Adventure theme park and Universal Studios Florida theme park. The hotel is minutes from Disney's Blizzard Beach water park and Wet 'n Wild water park.

This Kissimmee FL hotel is located off Interstate 4 on Highway 192, within walking distance to nearby shopping, entertainment options and eateries. Two restaurants are adjacent to the hotel, Carrabba's Italian Grill and Cracker Barrel Old Country Store.

Superior amenities and features include free deluxe continental breakfast, a large outdoor heated pool with poolside cabana bar, a hot tub, a kiddie pool and a game room.

Comfort Suites Dining AreaThis Kissimmee FL hotel features free wireless high-speed Internet access in all suites and access to copy and fax services. The meeting room accommodates up to 60 people for most events and business functions.

All spacious one-room suites have sofa sleepers and can accommodate up to six people. All suites come equipped with microwaves, refrigerators, coffee makers, hair dryers, irons, ironing boards, safes, voice mail and cable television. Handicap accessible and non-smoking suites are available.

  • Are Married or Cohabitating - must show proof- Driver license/ Passport with same address
  • Both husband and wife/couple must attend presentation together.
  • Husband or wife must be 23 - 68 years of age.
  • Singles must be the ages 23-68 years of age and from the United States only.
  • Both husband and wife must speak and understand English fluently.
  • Must carry a major credit card and a valid form of I.D. (Driver's License or Passport)

Must have not previously toured Silver Lake Resort within the last 18 months.

Residents of the following States are NOT Eligible due to registration requirements:

Alaska, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, and South Dakota

Floridians residing in the county of Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Polk and Volusia are not eligible.

All Countries are qualified with the exception of the following: Brazil, Columbia, Guatemala, India, Uruguay, and Venezuela.

Because this is a Promotion Offer and not a Discounted price, No group tourists will be accepted. A group is any travel party requiring more than one room.

Billing & Payments

Full Amount is due at time reservation request is confirmed with the exception of Hotel Taxes & Incidentals which will be collected directly by Hotel at time of Check Out.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 24 hours of Reservation being confirmed is 100% refundable. However, if cancellation request is greater than 24 hours after reservation has been confirmed then guest will incur a 1 time administration fee of $35. Additionaly, if cancellation request is within 72 hours of arrival, a 1 night average daily rate (not promo rate) of $65 - Standard Guestroom, $85 - Hotel Suite, $65- Resort Studio, $90 - 1 Bedroom Resort Villa, $105- 2 Bedroom Resort Villa, $135- 3 Bedroom Resort Villa.

Modifications
For your convenience there is a 1 time modification allowed without any penalties. After that, any additional modifications will be assessed a $35.00 fee

Early Departures: No refunds for Early Departures

All reservation requests are subject to availability. This offer is not available to current Silver Lake Resort owners, Silver Lake Resort employees and their immediate families.

Cancellations must be received in writing 3 days prior to arrival. Guests who fail to check-in on the date confirmed/arrival date will incur a "no show" charge equal to one night's stay at $65- Standard Guestroom, $85 - Hotel Suite, $65 - Resort Studio, $90 - 1 Bedroom Resort Villa, $105 - 2 Bedroom Resort Villa, $135 - 3 Bedroom Resort Villa.

Failure to complete the sales presentation, or failure to qualify, will result in a charge of $200. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
