In addition to the luxuries of this resort, enjoy water sports activities such as jet skiing or water skiing, as these services are offered to the guests by Buena Vista Water sports (additional charges apply). Play a round of tropical mini golf at the adjacent 36 Hole Miniature Golf Course or plan your trip to the attractions from this perfect vantage point.

We value the privacy of our guests and as a self catering resort, we do not provide daily housekeeping service.

You do however, have plenty of towels in the unit, a washer and dryer and we provide you with ' Tide' washing powder for the first two loads.

Family Suites / One-Bedroom unit:

Our One-Bedroom family suites can sleep a maximum of 6 people. With a well-designed floor plan for family living, every suite offers comfort and convenience with a Caribbean flair you can’t get in a hotel room. The master bedroom offers the comfort of a king-size bed and a full bathroom with a jetted tub. Every unit offers a full kitchen, dining room, living room with a queen sized sofa sleeper, bunk beds uniquely located in the foyer, a second full bath, washer and dryer and a balcony that overlooks Lake Bryan. The living and dining rooms feature beautifully appointed furniture with an emphasis on luxury.

Deluxe Suites / Two-Bedroom unit:

Our Two-Bedroom deluxe suites sleep a maximum of 8 guests. These units have an additional front balcony in the master bedroom. Every unit offers a full kitchen, dining room, living room with a queen sized sofa sleeper, bunk beds uniquely located in the foyer, a second full bath, washer and dryer, a second bedroom with an additional two single beds and a balcony that overlooks Lake Bryan.

There are some requirements:

Full Amount is due at time reservation request is confirmed with the exception of Hotel Taxes & Incidentals which will be collected directly by Hotel at time of Check Out.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation will incur a $49.00 one time Administrative fee. An additional 1 Night (contractual rate) plus tax is applicable if Cancelled within 72 Hours of Arrival Date. For Regal Palm Resort and Regal Oaks, there is a 14 Day cancellation window.

A cancellation fee can be waived if you do not cancel reservation but rather modify arrival dates.

Early Departures: No Refunds for Early Departures

Details of Participation:

All reservation requests are subject to availability. This offer is not available to current Calypso Cay Resort owners, Calypso Cay Resort employees and their immediate families.

Cancellations must be received in writing 3 days prior to arrival. Guests who fail to check-in on the date confirmed/arrival date will incur a "no show" charge equal to one night's stay ranging from $85-$119/night plus tax (dependent on dates of travel).

Failure to complete the sales presentation, or failure to qualify, will result in a charge of $200. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
