AWESOME

My family and I recently stayed at this hotel for our trip to Disney.

1. The front desk.... AWESOME! the front desk Manager when we checked in (I cant remember his name) was hilarious, we were so tired but he had us rolling from the minute we walked up to the desk! FABULOUS service

2. The room...... Better than expected! I love the huge window/sliding door. Our oldest son and his wife paid extra for fireworks views but I liked our view better! We could see all of the lights from the other hotels and goings on around Downtown Disney etc. and not just a parking lot!

3. The restaurant...... SOOO FABULOUS! normally you get very offish, wait staff and plain hotel food! We ate at the restaurant for breakfast both mornings we were there and LOVED IT! The kids even ate!!! (that's an accomplishment in itself LOL) The staff was amazing very friendly, right there when we needed them and always had a smile on their face.

Both nights were fantastic and beyond our expectations! Thank you sooo much for adding to the fabulous Disney trip my family and I cant wait to some day repeat!

Great Hotel and Location for the Money!

I went with another adult to Disney and wanted a hotel that was nice, cheap, and had easy access to the parks. This was perfect! The rooms were large enough and very clean, the hotel was quiet, they have shuttles to the parks every 30 minutes...and the price just could not be beat. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it with no hesitations.

Ideal location

We have stayed at this hotel twice now and have found it both times to be clean and tidy and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Both times we have stayed on a high floor overlooking the Disney sites which is a major plus point. The shuttle service to the parks has been excellent and having the location only a 10 minute walk from Downtown Disney was ideal for an evening out when you finish at the parks.
